Key Responsibilities
As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the UI/UX design team and set high design standards for all projects.
- Design modern, pixel-perfect, and user-friendly WordPress themes & plugins.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve UX.
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design implementation.
- Develop design systems, UI libraries, and reusable components for efficiency.
- Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and analytics to enhance the user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, WordPress best practices, and technologies.
- Provide creative direction for branding, website layouts, and marketing materials.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in WordPress, SaaS, or web applications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work on WordPress themes, SaaS platforms, or mobile apps.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Deep understanding of WordPress UI design, including Elementor & Gutenberg.
- Experience with responsive design, accessibility (WCAG standards), and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Ability to mentor junior designers and establish efficient design workflows.
- Strong expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with developers, marketers, and product managers.
